The Valleys of South
Wales are known the world over for their
culture, heritage and warmth of welcome.
Rhondda Cynon Taf has a fascinating
variety of places to explore, starting with the Brecon Beacons National
Park that reaches into the north of the area The home of many different species
and a huge variety of types and sizes of rivers, Rhondda Cynon Taf is
also a great
fishing holiday venue. Many anglers, old and young, return year after
year to further
explore the wealth of fishing opportunity this area has to offer. The
tributary rivers
Cynon and Dare roll down to the Taff here and both coarse and game
angling can
be had on the River Rhonnda from Treorchy to Trahafod.
By
popular
demand from visiting anglers I have
been asked on many occasions
“Where best to go fishing including best
facilities such as refreshments, toilets, disable access etc”
Therefore I have
introduced for each venue within the guide my personal
1-5 star rating *****.
Including
my
personal views, helping anglers decide where
best to experience
this great sport of ours. I
recommend that you phone first and check details before setting out.
You will need a valid Environment Agency rod
